Description of Services

The Menard County Probation and Court Services Department provides services assigned by the 8^th Judicial Circuit and by Law.  Services provided to clients on Probation, Supervision and Conditional Discharge include

Drug and Alcohol screening

Referrals for Substance Abuse and Mental Health counseling

SMS messaging including, but not limited to, court and appointment reminders, random testing notification. 

SMS Terms and Conditions:  By Providing your cell phone number to Menard County Probation, you consent to receive SMS notifications regarding office appointments, drug screens and court dates.  Message frequency varies.  Standard message and data rates may apply.  Reply HELP for support.  Reply STOP to opt-out.

Privacy Policy:  Personal cell phone numbers and contact data will NOT be sold or distributed to any third parties without your consent, and your contact information will be secured by Menard County Probation.  We do not share or sell your information to third parties for any purpose.  Your cell phone numbers will only be used by Menard County Probation to provide updates and notifications as explained above.  At any time, you may reply STOP to opt-out of SMS notifications from Menard County Probation.
